Every year the colour of the wool changes so there are different scarves woven year on year. We try to make subtle but carefully selected changes to reflect the wool that’s gathered every year.

Description
Our scarves are beautifully made using soft Shetland wool and made with care in the beautiful South West of England.
The wool from the Shetland sheep is naturally soft and is thought to be the one of the best wools in the British Isles due to the crimp and strength of the yarn. It’s natural colour comes in shades of cream through to dark brown and we try to separate the darker wools to give contrast. We do however dye some wool to give colour into the collection by using non-chemical dyes and colours also change year on year. We also weave in some merino wool to make the scarves extra soft.
