Placing an order

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delivery address details are correct and detailed enough for the delivery driver to locate the address in adequate time. You must always provide a valid contact number and email when ordering online. Please provide additional delivery instructions in the relevant section on our checkout page. In the event that your address cannot be found, undelivered orders will be chargeable.

Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this address.

Users are prohibited from making false orders through our website. The use of cookies are used to monitor I.P. addresses as stated in our privacy policy in order to blacklist any computers which Mackenzie & Kellar suspects of being used to commit false delivery requests. Mackenzie & Kellar reserves the right to seek compensation through legal action for any losses incurred as the result of hoax delivery requests and will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Mackenzie & Kellar accepts no liability for damages or losses incurred by the use or inability to use this or any affiliated website.

Payment
Once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you and Mackenzie & Kellar. Payment is made through a secure payment gateway.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and quoted in British (Sterling) Pounds.

Delivery charges are calculated per order and based on order value. Any delivery charges will be displayed clearly in your order summary.

Prices are subject to change and all goods are subject to availability.

Cancellation
For cancellation of orders please contact Mackenzie & Kellar direct on 01404 822886 within 24 hours.

Termination
We reserve the right to decline a new registration, terminate your right to link to the site, remove you as a user of this site, and/or prevent any further use if you violate any of the terms of use. If we consider there to be a risk of liability or loss to our partners, or us we may take any action deemed necessary to prevent such a liability or loss from occurring.

If we terminate your right to link to the site you must cease linking to the site immediately. Any person who holds a suspended or terminated membership must not order from or re-join this site without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms.

Please note we have the ability to trace your IP address, and if necessary, contact your ISP in the event of a suspected breach of these terms of use.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not entirely satisfied you may return the items to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Please see the details below.

Return & Refund Conditions

  1. Goods should be returned within 90 days. This has been increased from 30 days due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
  2. Goods must be in a new, unused, original condition with tags & packaging.
  3. Goods are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  4. Returns should include your name, address, order reference and reason for return.
  5. Please allow up to 7 days upon receipt of the parcel into our warehouse, for your return to be processed and your money refunded.
  6. We can only refund shipping costs on goods that are faulty, or supplied in error. Please contact us within 7 days if goods are faulty or supplied in error.
  7. Return postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless they are faulty.
  8. Goods must be returned to the following address: Yellands Farm, Holly Ball Lane, Whimple Devon EX5 2QX

If all conditions are met a refund will be given through your original payment method upon receipt of the returned goods.

UK Returns

If you are a UK customer you can use our Royal Mail returns service for a fee of £3. Please click on the link below to use this:

Tracked returns | Royal Mail Group Ltd

You can use the Royal Mail website to generate a returns label – please note a fee of £3.00 will be deducted from the refund of your returned item.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty in some way, then of course there would be no deduction for the return label.

Please note all return & refund conditions must be met.

To generate a pre-paid returns label, please fill in your details on the Royal Mail website. You can then print your pre-paid label and attach it to your parcel and take it to your local Post Office, or book a collection from Royal Mail.

No printer? No problem. Take your parcel to the Post Office, show your email with the label from Royal Mail or QR code & they will print it for you.

They’ll give you a receipt with tracking, so please keep hold of this as proof of posting, until your return has been processed.

You are not obligated to use this service, you may also choose your own carrier, however, please note goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

International Returns

For international customers, if you refuse the delivery because you do not want to pay the import duties, customs charges and local sales taxes we cannot refund the cost of the goods unless the goods are returned to us. It will be at the discretion of the courier and imports office to decide if they return the goods to us or destroy the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will need to choose your own carrier, please remember goods remain your responsibility till it reaches us, so we recommend using a service you can track.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for equal value. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us first to make arrangements, you can do this via email: sarah@yellandsfarm.co.uk or phone us on +44 1404 822886.

We can also exchange items for a different price, but you will need to contact us to arrange this.

If you wish to exchange a gift you received please note we can only refund to the original payment method, so gift exchanges need to be of equal or greater value. Any greater value can be paid for by yourself.
